Breakfast

Our hotel accommodation does not include breakfast for the time being ( it is only available for groups of more than 12 people by advance reservation., etc. ). For independent guests, all our rooms have a kitchenette, where you can prepare breakfast yourself and store food. The local catering service will only prepare breakfast for groups if ordered in advance.

Services in Virrat

Virrat’s market square, Sky-Billiards PUB and terrace on our roof terrace, Fenni – Chinese restaurant, PUB66 – Grill / Pub / Nightclub / Karaoke bar, Kulmakahvila, Pizzeria Dilana, OP Bank, R-Kiosk, Löytötex, K-Supermarket, many small specialty shops, barbers, bus stops & stations, K-Rauta hardware store, S-Market, Tokmanni, Cinema Virtain Pirtti & sports center, church and old cemetery, library with reading rooms, sports hall, school centers, ski slopes, ski slope, ski and sports center, ice rink, health center, service buildings, tennis courts, inland port, ship beach & very popular landscape restaurant Rantaterassi Baarpuuri during summer.

We recommend booking prior

Advance notice of arrival in the evening (weekdays after 5:00 p.m., weekends by agreement) is always required to ensure a smooth reception.
After receiving the confirmation, you may arrive even later at 21:00 – 23:00.
NOTE! On the spot, you can ask about our hotel accommodation at the street-level KIPA bookstore
( Virrat-Kirja Ky ) during its opening hours:

MON – FRI 10.00 – 17.00 / SAT 09.00 – 13.00 ( summer Saturdays 10.00 – 14.00 ) / SUN closed.

Equipment of the rooms

All our rooms HAVE their own shower & toilet, kitchenette, refrigerator, hotplates, microwave oven, coffee and kettle, filter bags, basic dishes, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, etc. We do not store food in the rooms, but e.g. shower soap, dish soap and toilet paper are available.

Accessibility

All rooms are located on the upper floor, which is accessed via a wide and easy-to-navigate main staircase. For now, our accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility ( i.e. there is no elevator ).

Own bed linen and towels

If the guests want to use their own bed linen and towels, that is also possible. We reimburse for their use – € 10.00 / entire stay ( the reduction is calculated from the room price and can only be used with advance notice ).

Parking

There are plenty of free parking spaces in our vicinity. There are no parking restrictions or charges in the market area opposite the hotel. Parking spaces in front of the hotel require a parking disc between 09.00 and 17.00 ( MON – SAT ). Ask our staff for more information!

WiFi

Free normal WiFi is available in every room. Ask our staff for more information.

Extra beds

In some of the rooms, extra baby cots, mattresses / beds are available for € 20.00 / each ( incl. bed linen & towels for one ). We ask that you mention them already when booking a hotel room.
Children under the age of 2 stay free in their own travel cots or in their parents’ beds.

Smoking

All our facilities are currently completely smoke-free!
– NO smoking, please!
Smoking areas can be found near the entrances.
Indoor smoking is therefore strictly prohibited.

Pets

Bringing pets into the room is only allowed with prior reservation, as the availability of pet rooms is very limited. The availability of the pet room must always be confirmed in advance. We always charge an additional fee of € 12.00 / day for pets.

Data Protection Clause (GDPR)

The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to the processing of personal data in Hotel Tarjanne’s accommodation from May 25, 2018. You can get the current privacy statement by requesting it in your email.
